Sweater Roundup

I am currently at the headquarters of Royal + Reese here in Normal, Illinois; or what Kait and I call “HQ”. Because I work remote, I only come into town with Kait every couple of months and one of my favorite things to do is go through the racks and see all the pieces that I want to buy. And, I thought I’d recap my favorite things to all of you!

Katrine Ruffle Sweatshirt- is a lightweight crewneck that features a soft french terry fabric with a raw edge and a ruffle trim around the neck. Available in blush and hunter green, it’s so sweet and cute because you can wear it with distressed denim and make it relaxed for everyday life. OR, you can wear it with non distressed denim and dress it up with jewelry, a belt, and some fun booties or heels to make it work appropriate.

Lanie Striped Sweater- I wore this yesterday for a video that Kait and I did together. This sweater is just adorable in three colors: purple, khaki, and mauve. It’s a soft, lightweight striped sweater that has long sleeves and runs just a little shorter in the bodice. It fits true to size but has great stretch and I LOVED it with high waisted light denim. I wore the khaki and not only am I obsessed with the stripes, I thought it was super flattering!

Liberty Cardigan- The Liberty is a cozy cardigan that looks more like a lightweight jacket. It has a small contrasting trim, outside pockets and is available in mocha, heather grey, and camel.

All of the above pieces have several things in common. They can all be worn out for a girls night, date night when paired with some skinny jeans and some booties or heels. OR, all of these things can be worn with a nice pair of non distressed denim or slacks and worn to work. They’re all very transitional and great staple pieces that you can dress up or down with accessories or jewelry. They’re perfect pieces and they belong in your closet!
